- For user acceptance testing, the VENDOR must solicit an agreement from the USER/CLIENT on testing parameters (test cases, test passage criteria, the testing environment, and the testing process).
- The VENDOR must carry a post implementation user assessment after a period of 6 months to check if the system meets user requirements completely.
- In the post implementation assessment the VENDOR should solicit client feedback through a session.
- The final document involving CLIENT feedback and VENDOR’s reactions to user observations must be validated and changes based on feedback should be made by the VENDOR accordingly.
- The VENDOR must make recommendations for fixing issues for maintenance of the system and also recommend change in process of work for new projects from the CLIENT.
