- The VENDOR must ensure that for every engagement, a well documented user manual is developed by the development team.
- The VENDOR must incorporate all project specific guidelines, requirements, specifications and project specific knowledge (technology, tools, knowhow, etc) that has been employed for the completion of the project for creating the manual.
- Although treated as an optional effort (as it would involve billable hours), training manual should necessarily be created by the VENDOR, if the CLIENT directs him to do so.
- In the absence of any specific instruction by the cLIENT, the vENDOR can skip documenting a user manual.
