Mobile Recharge Product Inventory
A product inventory with integrated CRM modules created to manage mobile recharge products. The product inventory module of Vtiger was customized to accommodate the mobile recharge packages that were sold online.
Project Summary
Several Vtiger modules were customized as a part of this project to meet the business requirements. The product sold online was mobile recharge packages of different types and cost structures. The Vtiger inventory was customized to accommodate these products and maintain an inventory of the available packages. Different recharge categories were added to organize the products within the inventory. The online shopping cart was fully integrated with the Vtiger inventory to show the available products online.
The customer data and the orders from the website were stored in the Vtiger system and were accessible to the customer service team. Invoices were customized as a part of this project and integration with the client’s accounting system was also performed. We have performed several Vtiger customizations of this nature and are very experienced with changing and creating the modules within Vtiger to achieve the required business functionality.
