Campaign Management For Large College

Customized campaign module of Vtiger to allow the college users to run and manage the data for various marketing campaigns. Different types of campaigns included emails, direct mails, television ads etc.

Project Summary

This project was developed in partnership with an advertising agency responsible for managing ad campaigns for a large community college. The campaigns fell under different categories such as emails, direct mails, television ads, radio broadcasts etc. Different types of data elements were associated with each campaign with budget and ROI tracking as two important common factors for each campaign.

We customized the Vtiger campaigns module to implement the tracking requirements. The leads module of Vtiger was also customized to track the contacts that were generated as a part of these campaigns. Custom data imports and exports were also created for this project. A custom reporting dashboard was implemented to view the campaign results in both graphical and tabular formats.

Additional use cases include billing and support functionality. An admin backend for the system to manage users, subscriptions, billing and support tickets was also developed as a part of the PHP web application.
