Project Summary

This is an online marketplace to buy, sell or rent mobile or manufactured homes. The system provides various functionalities that enable the buyers and the sellers to connect easily. The buyers, renters, sellers and landlords have access to different features respectively. The system allows the buyers and renters to browse the properties and use different types of sorting algorithms to view the available properties in different orders based on the specified filters.The system also enables its users to perform simple and advanced search of properties using different search criteria.

The sellers and landlords have access to their property listing and are able to update various listing parameters including the property images. The system also features property alerts to subscribers as and when listings are added or updated. Apart from the basic features that connect sellers and buyers, the site also features a built-in ad campaign manager to manage pay per click ad campaigns on the website.
