This challenging position is charged proactively and looking for a talented professional who will be responsible for Cold calling the potential buyers to communicate effectively. These calls will be informing prospective buyers about our products and services. Your calling activities can effectively create a new 'virtual' business for yourself within the organization, as if it were your own. As a cold calling specialist you will always have the greatest potential - because you are working with fresh open situations - making things happen "making something from nothing". It's difficult to put any limited value on such abilities. In essence cold calling is the art of approaching someone, professionally, openly and meaningfully, with a sensible proposition.

Skills Required

  • Post Graduate degree in marketing, business, management or other applicable field is preferred.
  • Outgoing Cold calling and business development experience is a MUST!!
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently, in a team environment.
  • Candidate should be polite and possess problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent telephone manners and great listening skills.
  • Candidate should have good convincing skills.
  • Ability to provide information verbally clearly and effectively.
  • Candidate should have a positive attitude.
  • A working knowledge of how to operate Word, Excel and E-mail.
  • Excellent customer focus.
  • Good time management.
  • Flexible approach

Responsibilities

  • Cold calling positions you in a crucial pivotal role - as an interpreter, translator and controller.
  • Prospect potential Sales leads and Cold Call into designated Territories and/or assigned Verticals
  • Engage and nurture potential customers and deliver quality leads to our professional sales force across the country.
  • To build effective relationships with prospective buyers and existing customers by use of appropriate questioning, clarification and language.
  • To deal appropriately with queries received via the telephone and / or email and provide written or oral responses to confirm the information or outcome.
  • To speak positively and enthusiastically about the products and services. To ensure that a brand image is provided at all times to the buyers.
